The lighting retrofit replaced older T12 fluorescent lighting to more energy efficient LED lighting throughout the auditorium and facility rooms.
The recommended contractor was selected by the Tulare Veterans Memorial District Board based on price, experience, and completeness in response to the RFP proposal. Connor Energy RFP services fees were paid directly from the winning RFP respondent, with no costs to the client for providing the RFP services.
